The Grand

One of the last historical buildings on the Belgian coast is set to rise from the ashes like a phoenix. The Grand is the ground-breaking renovation of a building that began life as ‘Le Grand Hôtel’ and later became known as the ‘White Residence’ in Nieuwpoort. The protected monument was built in 1924 and now, after years of deterioration, has a new future ahead of it. For its hundredth birthday ‘The Grand’ will be reinstated as a trusty getaway to stimulate the senses, evoke times gone by and create lasting memories.
